Regarding Dahlias in Sahara Sand & Island Indigo

Another July Stamp Night project - this one showcases the new Regarding Dahlias stamp set.  I saw another demo stamp the Dahlia on polka-dotted designer paper and thought, "I can make my own polka dots".  Stampin' Up!'s white gel pen is just the best tool for this!

I stamped the main flower and leaves in Early Espresso.  Cut first, then put dots of gel pen all over.  Tip:  start at one end and move across entire image so you don't mess up your approximate spacing, and let the gel dots dry a minute or two before handling.
